Estoppel Certificate Request Authorized Fees Below:
1)Preparation and delivery of an Estopel Certificate is $299
2)Estoppel Certificate requested on an expedited basis and delivered within 3 business days is an additional $119.
3)If the unit/parcel is delinquent to the association for assessments an additional fee not to exceed $179.
